Defending Democracy Together Institute (“DDTI”) is the fiscal sponsor of the Society for the Rule of Law and Democracy, Inc. (the “Society”). The fiscal sponsorship allows donations to the Society to be tax deductible for the donor. DDTI and the Society are distinct legal entities and DDTI has been granted its 501(c)(3) status by the IRS. The Society is in the process of obtaining its 501(c)(3) status and is expected to receive its determination from the IRS in 2024.
